Be a Part of the Ultimate Cheerleading Experience

Oxygen classes are constructed with elements of tumbling, dance, jumps and stunting. Cheerleaders are taught how to build and execute base holds, tosses and catches at all levels. Supporting family environment encourages parents and carers to make friends and create new support networks. Our classes provide the opportunity for children to learn and develop important life skills in a holistic, fun, healthy and safe environment.

Recreational Cheerleading

Recreational cheerleading is for ages 5-15yrs+. Classes are constructed with elements of tumbling, dance, jumps and stunts. Cheerleaders are taught how to build and execute base golds, tosses and catches at all levels. Cheerleaders learn but they do not compete at competitions. Fitness, health, team work and fun is the main objective for recreational cheerleading. For recreational cheerleading for children under the age of 5, please see the Baby All Stars Australia tab.

CheerSport Teams

CheerSport teams are low commitment teams with less training hours, and low cost compared to our All Star teams. These teams are popular among families that are time poor or on a strict budget. Cheersport teams compete in 1-2 competitions per season depending on the team. This is a great alternate for athletes that want the competitive cheer experience and desire more than recreational cheerleading.

All Star Cheerleading

All star classes are constructed with elements of tumbling, dance, jumps and stunting. Our main objective is competitions! Cheerleaders are taught how to build and perfectly execute base holds, tosses and catches at all levels. All students who participate in All Star cheer classes are required to attend compulsory cheerleading and tumble classes.

Cheerleading helps children develop their strength and stamina by improving co-ordination, flexibility and range of motion throughout the whole body.

Social Skills

Cheerleading classes provide a social outlet for kids. Attending classes regularly can help young children develop their social skills.

Emotional Benefits

Cheerleading can also help to improve children's mental and emotional health. It can also be a great way to relax and use excess energy productively after school.

Educational Development

Cheerleading also offers certain educational or cognitive benefits. Cheer exposes students to a combination of movement, music and performance.
